Muni University signed a Memorandum of Understanding with University Colleges Leuven-Limburg (UCLL) of Belgium at its main campus in Arua. The Vice Chancellor, Assoc. Prof. Simon Anguma Katrini, presided, with Prof. Saskia Smelts representing UCLL and members of the Faculty of Management Science attending.
The agreement provides for student and staff exchanges, joint research and funding proposals, and capacity building focused on youth development, community engagement and professional skills. Assoc. Prof. Clement Okia invited UCLL students and scholars to join research in refugee-hosting communities.
