Institute of Leadership and Governance
Launched in March 2026, the Muni University Institute of Leadership and Governance (MUILG) trains and supports leaders in public institutions, local governments, civil society and private organisations, and carries out research on governance, urbanisation, regional planning and youth development.

The Refugee and Host Community Youth Empowerment and Transformation Initiative gives young people market-oriented skills, entrepreneurship training and financial inclusion — 67,347 young people by June 2026.
Solar energy training
With equipment donated through a partnership with GIZ, Muni offers hands-on training in solar installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and system design for students, instructors and technicians.
Study while you work
Weekend and blended programmes — the MBA, the Master of Tourism and Hospitality Management, and postgraduate diplomas in financial management, human resource management and education — are designed for working professionals.
